It is like the evil gets cornered in the same place at the same time and Pluto and the Dragon are the gatekeepers. Pluto and the Dragon are the Bailiffs as Libra scales weights and measures everyone’s Karma. If you were good, your rewards will be good. If you were bad, you will face your punishment.
